Sainik School Survival guide -6

Surviving the Seniority

Now comes the most important part of Sainik School. Survive.

A random junior on seeing a senior
It is a unwritten and unspoken rule. Whenever you see a senior. Avoid eye contact. Keep your pace fast. Pray to almighty God that he doesn't see you.

But since all the sinners at Sainik school, God rarely listens to such prayers. And immediately you hear a sharp voice,

Oh Chalukya( name of a house),come here!!!

After this sentence all faith in humanity and spiritualality is lost. Heart beat becomes faster and knees become weak. Because we know what comes next. The next sentence usually is:-

Go to Gupta and get RD Sharma
 (Or)
Go to tuck shop and get a Milkshake Chocolate flavor.

Then just follow the order. It wont be plesant though. Because as soon as you reach your destination, there might be another senior who will repeat the same instructions with a slight modification. And the process enters an infinite loop until you exhaust all your free time.

But , but ,and another but....
Everything has its loophole and even this thing has it.

To counter the work given by the seniors there are a few cliched excuses.
The most popular of them are:-

  • {Some seniors name} asked me to report, I am going there.
  • I am going to sickbay, got fever.
  • I got phone call.
There are a few greater personalties that can come up with better excuses on the spot.

Never ever try to argue with a senior. Unless you want to make your life hell, maybe a bit harsher than hell.
Just live and let live. Because one day your chance will also come. Tables will turn.

Other guides coming soon.😁😁😁😁
